Please fill in your details as requested to create a personal account including an auto renewing membership. From the date of sign up you will have 21 days complimentary access to In Studio or Livestream classes, after which you will be charged for a monthly membership with a 3 month minimum commitment. All fees are charged in CDN dollars.

I acknowledge that I will receive a receipt for each charge made and that no prior notification is needed unless the date or amount of a charge is subject to change, in which case the Business must notify me of such changes at least 30 days in advance of when the change(s) will take affect.
