Join Kevin Gaudet and Ronna Gloria for a relaxing and powerful reset in the midst of the busy holidays. This event will provide a moment of reflection and clear connection to your deepest needs and directions as 2025 draws to a close, a new cycle begins, and the days slowly begin to get longer again.
This reflective and soul-nurturing space will be cultivated through yin yoga techniques, Ronna's physical adjustments with reiki-inspired energy work, and aromatherapy. Kevin will provide a soundscape by means of gongs, drums and other instruments, all of which will combine to create a safe and restful place to remind yourself what is truly important in the coming months.
All levels of practitioner welcome and props encouraged.
