1. SPONSOR: This contest (the “Contest”) is conducted and sponsored by Inner Five Studios (the “Sponsor”).

2. CONTEST SUMMARY: Contest entries will be accepted March 28, 2023, at 5:00 pm until April 2, 2023, at 5:00 pm Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). There is one (1) prize available to be randomly won in this Contest. To enter, eligible entrants must follow Inner Five Studios on Facebook or Instagram, share the contest post and tag a friend in the comments. Each additional friend tagged will count as a bonus entry.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Inner Five Studios staff are excluded from this Contest. Those who have already purchased the Founding Members package are eligible to enter this contest, and Inner Five Studios will honour a pause in the membership to accommodate 3 months of complimentary yoga.

4. PRIZE AND CHANCES OF WINNING: There is one (1) prize available to be won in this Contest. This prize is three (3) months of complimentary yoga at Inner Five Studios and a yoga prop kit including two (2) Half Moon cork blocks, a bolster and strap. The chances of winning the Prizes will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions, except at Inner Five Studio’s sole discretion. Inner Five Studios will not be responsible, however, if factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Prizes from being fulfilled. In any such event, the winner will not be provided with substitute prizes or cash equivalent. The Prizes will only be granted to the verified winners. Verified winners shall be required to pick up their Prizes from Inner Five Studios location.

5. CONTEST PERIOD: Contest entries will be accepted March 28, 2023, at 5:00 pm until April 2, 2023, at 5:00 pm Mountain Time. Entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible to win a Prize.

6. DRAW DETAILS: One (1) random winner will be chosen at the end of the Contest. If necessary, if the Prize is unclaimed, or if the selected entrant is unwilling, unable or ineligible to win a Prize as set out in these Contest Rules, the Prize will be forfeited by the selected entrant, and Inner Five Studios has the right to select a new winner.

7. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary to enter this Contest. To enter, eligible entrants must follow Inner Five Studios on Facebook or Instagram, share the contest post and tag a friend in the comments. Each additional friend tagged, will count as a bonus entry. No entries will be accepted by any other means.

8. NOTIFICATION: Inner Five Studios will contact the winners through social media within three (3) days of their Entry being selected (April 2, 2023). If the selected entrant does not contact the Sponsor by 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time on April 5, 2023, the Prize will be

forfeited, and Inner Five Studios will select and contact a new winner. Any winners contacted after April 5, 2023, as a result of being drawn to replace an original winner, will have two (2) business days to claim the Prize.

9. CONTEST MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION: Inner Five Studios may rescind, cancel, amend, or revoke the Contest for any reason whatever. Inner Five Studios reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest and/or these Contest Rules, in whole or part and without notice, if Inner Five Studios determines that fraud or technical or other failures have threatened or destroyed the integrity of the Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Inner Five Studios which corrupt or affect the administration, security, safety, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Inner Five Studios reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest.
